2026 Spring Program with Don Symanski

at the Garrison Institute

Wed-Sun, May 6th - 10th, 2026

Registration opens March 15th.

Arrival: Wed, May 6th (Room assignments available starting at 3 pm)

Departure: Sun, May 10th at 2:30 pm

The program is restricted to those who have completed the First Shot session and require four full days of attendance.

However, a review of the 7 coordinations will be offered to anyone who needs it.


Registration:

(It will open on March 15th, 2026 - it’s currently under construction)

Registration for this program requires two steps: (one registration form + two separate payments). You must complete ALL steps to be fully registered. Submitting only the form or only one payment does NOT complete your registration. Please carefully follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Submit the Registration Form

Complete and submit the online Registration Form.

Step 2: Make BOTH Required Payments

You must complete both Payment 1 and Payment 2 below.

Payment 1 – Program Fee ($160 via PayPal):

Go to the Toko website’s DONATE page, page and select the PayPal option for the $160 Spring Retreat 2026 Program Fee. A PayPal payment confirmation will be sent to you by email.

  • Registration ends April 25th. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date. 

Payment 2 – Facilities Fee (Paid to Garrison Institute):

Click the Garrison Institute event registration link, and follow the instructions there to pay the facilities fee directly to Garrison Institute. Please also refer to their page for their cancellation and refund policies.

a. Single room: 4 nights + 3 meals/day (limited availability) $760 facilities fee

b. Double room: 4 nights + 3 meals/day $660 facilities fee 

c. Dorm: 4 days + 3 meals/day (limited availability) $600 facilities fee

d. Commuter option: 3 meals/day (Staying offsite e.g. nearby hotels) $500 facilities fee

Please note: The facilities fee is charged and processed entirely by Garrison Institute and is not under Toko’s control. The Institute no longer permits partial participation for programs shorter than 7 days. 

There are a limited number of single-occupancy rooms at Garrison Institute. We strongly encourage you to submit your request early. Accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability — especially for single rooms — is limited.

Scholarships:
